This fund is intended to account for the receipt and disbursement of
the city's share of Federal Revenue Sharing Apportionments. Congress
and the President have eliminated this revenue source to local
governments effective September 30, 1986. However, the City
anticipates having an accumulated surplus of prior year apportionments
at June 30, 1988 to cover the proposed expenditures.
