RESOLUTION NO. 4344
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ARCADIA ESTABLISHING COMPENSATION
FOR VARIOUS POSITIONS IN THE CITY EMPLOY
FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1973-74.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARCADIA DOES HEREBY
DETERMINE AND RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: '
SECTION 1. That effective July l, 1973, the rates of
compensation as set forth in the following schedules are hereby
made applicable to various positions within the City's employ:

SECTION 2. Certain classifications in said schedules
are covered by agreements between the City and certain employee
groups, to wit, Arcadia Firefighters' Association, Arcadia Police
Relief Association and A.F.S.C.M.E., Local 606-C, and the terms of
said agreements are reflected in the above compensation schedules
for the covered classifications. These schedules are subject to
amendment during the fiscal year in accordance with said
agreements.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was adopted
at an adjourned regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Arcadia held on the 27th day of June, 1973, by the affirmative
vote of at least three Councilmen, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Butterworth, Hage, Helms, Scott
and Arth
