HomeMy WebLinkAbout5985 RESOLUTION NO. 5985 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARCADIA, CALIFORNIA, SETTING FORTH CERTAIN FEES RELATING TO ENGINEERING SERVICES THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARCADIA, CALIFORNIA, DOES HEREBY FIND, DETERMINE AND RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That based on the cost allocation study prepared by the Administrative Services Department, the fees set forth in this resolution are necessary for the purposes set forth in this resolution and that said fees do not exceed the estimated costs for providing the service. Said fees are to cover the costs of the administrative services set forth in the following. SECTION 2. Any provisions prior to this resolution which are inconsistent are hereby repealed. SECTION 4. This resolution shall become effective April 1 , 1997. SECTION 5. The City Council hereby finds that the fees specified in this resolution will not produce an amount in excess of that estimated to fund the operation of the City of Arcadia's Engineering Service. SECTION 6. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this resolution.
