RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. 1550.
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARCADIA DECLARING ITS
INTENTION TO CHANGE SET-BACK LINES ON A PORTION OF, CAMINO REAL AVENUE
A PUBLIC STREET IN SAID CITY OF ARCADIA.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARCADIA DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That an application has heretofore been filed with the
Planning Commission of the City of Arcadia, requesting a change in
the hereinafter described set back lines, and that said Planning Com-
mission has made recommendation to the City Council of the City of
Arcadia that the said set back lines be changed in accordance with
said application and as described in this Resolution.
SECTION 2. That the public interest and convenience require and it is
the intention of the City Council of the City of Arcadia to change set
back lines on the following described portions of Camino Real Avenue
and re-establish said set back lines as follows:
Upon the west 98.41 feet of Lot 78, Tract No. 6509,
as shown on map recorded in Book 70, page 10 of1
maps, records of Los Angeles County, the set back
lines shall be changed from thirty (30') feet and
re-established at twenty-eight feet, six inchesl
(28'6").
SECTION 3. Notice is hereby given that on Tuesday the 21st day o~
January, 1947, at 8:00 O'clock P.M. of said day, in the Council
Chambers of said City Council, in the City Hall of said City of Ar-
cadia, any and all persons having objections 'to said proposed set
back lines may appear before said City Council and show cause why
said proposed set back lines should not be changed in accordance
with this Resolution.
SECTION 4. The Superintendent o~ Streets shall post or cause to be
posted along the portions of said street along which it is proposed
to change and re-establish said set back lines, at not more than three
hundred (3001) feet in distance apart, but not less than three (3) in
all, notices of the passage of this Resolution of Intention.
SECTION 5. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this;

Resolution and shall cause the same to be published once in the'
Arcadia Tribune and Arcadia News, a newspaper of general cir-
culation, published and circulated in the City of Arcadia, and
hereby designated for that purpose.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution oft
Intention was adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council
of the City of Arcadia, held on the 17th day of December, 1946,
by the affirmative votes of at least three Councilmen, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Adcock, Nugent, Ormsby and Russell
NOES: Councilman Leeper
