RESOLUTION OF TEE CITY OF ARCADIA CONSEN'l'ING TO TEE SALE BY H.L.BYRAI~, AS TAX COLLECTOR OF TEE COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES, OF CERTAIN TAX DELINQUENT REAL PROP2RTY IN THE CITY OF ARCADIA. THE CITY C01.J"NCIL OF TEE CITY OF ARCADIA DOES RES:LVE AS FOLLO'::S: SECTION 1. \VHEREAS, by order of the Board of Supervisors of the County of Los Angeles, adopted October 2, 1945, H.L.Byram, as Tax Collector of the County of Los Angeles was authorized to conduct a sale of tax delinquent real prope.rty in the City of Arcadia, described as follows: Parcell. Lot 28, Block 76, Santa Anita Tract as recorded in Book 15, Page s 89-90 of J,!i sce1laneous Records, in the office of the County Recorder of Los Angeles County. Parcel 2. Lot 22 of Tracb 6860 as recorded in Book 78 at page 75 of Maps, in the of1'ice of the County Recorder of Los Angeles County. Parcel 3. Lot 23 of Tract 6860 as recorded in Book 78 at page 75 of Maps, in the office of the County Recorder of Los Angeles County. Parcel 4. Lot 24 of Tract 6860 as recorded in Book 78 at Page 75 of Maps, in the office of the County Recorder.of Los Angeles County. Parcel 5. Lot 35 of Tract 6860 as recorded in Book 78 at page 75 of Maps, in the office of the County Recorder of Los Angeles County. \~~EAS, minimum bids on said parcels have been fixed by said Board of Supervisors in the amounts set opposite each parcel or piece of property, as follows: Parcel 1 $ 41.68 Parcel 2 41.68 Parcel 3 37.51 Parcel 4 33.34 Parcel 5 43.76 -1- and, WHEREAS, delinquent taxes on said parcels of real property are due the City of Arcadia for the year of 1927-1928 and all sub- sequent years thereto on Parcell; for the year of 1928-1929 and all subsequent years thereto on Parcels 2 and 4; for the year of 1929-1930 and all subsequent years thereto on Parcel 3; and for the year 1932-1933 and all subsequent years thereto on Parcel 5. NOrr, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Tax Collector of Los Angeles County be requested to increase the amount of the minimum bids on each Parcel of said property by the amount set opposite each of said Parcels, which said increases requested are the sums Qqual to the City of Arcadia taxes for seven years, computed at the present assessed valuation and the current tax rate upon said property: Parcell. $ 27.72 Parce12. 27.72 Parcel 3. 24.94 Parcel 4. 22.17 Parcel 5. 29.10 SECTION 2. The Ci ty Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution.
