A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARCADIA APPROVING BOND TO GUARANTEE THE COST OF IMPROVEMENTS AND THE TIME OF COMPLETION THERErFIN TRACT No. 13768. THE CITY COUNCIL OF 'rHE CITY OF ARCADIA DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. WHEREAS, final map of proposed Tract No. 13768 has heretofore been approved by this Council subject to the approval of bond to guarantee the cost of improvement of proposed streets and installation of water lines in said Tract, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Surety Bond executed by Pacific Indemnity Company, as Surety, and Arcadia Company, Inc., as Principal, dated February 20, 1946, for the sum of Six Thousand ($6,000.00) Dollars, guaranteeing the installation of cast iron water mains; the installation of curbs, gutters, and pavement together with necessary grading, in said Tract No. 13768, as described in said bond be and the same is hereby approved and accepted upon the terms and conditions stated therein. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT all improvements required to be made in said Tract on said streets and installation of water lines shall be completed within one year from the date of said Bond. SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution. I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Arcadia, held on the 19th day of March, 1946, by the affirmative vote of at least three Councilmen, to wit: AYES: Councilmen, Adcock, Leeper, Nugent.
