RESOLUTION NO. 1307.
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ARCADIA FIXING THE TAX:
LEVY FOR NITnjICIPAL PURPOSES FOR THE FISCAL YEAR OF 1944-1945.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARCADIA DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That there shall be and there is hereby
levied for the fiseal year 1944-1945, upon each ONE HU1jDRED
($100.00) DOLLARS worth of the assessed valuation of taxable
property within said City of Arcadia (provided, that the property
annexed to the City of Arcadia by the election held April 14,1936,
and fully described in the annexation proceedings, shall not be
assessed to pay any part of the principal or interest on outstand-
ing bonds), a tax as follows:
For all municipal purposes, exclusive of the payment of
taxes for Public Library purposes, and of the payment of the
principal and interest on the Bonded Indebtedness of the City of
Arcadia, the sum of $0.933452.
For the purpose of supporting and defraying the expen se
of the Public Library of said City of Arcadia, the sum of $0.l33759.
For the purpose of paying the prinCipal and interest of
"1929 Library Bond, Interest and Sinking Fund" the sum of $0.019896.
For thee purpose of paying the principal and interest of
"Arcadia Street Bonds, 1914 Interest an d Sinking Fund" the sum of
$0.046015.
For the purpose of paying the principal and interest of
"Arcadia Street Bonds, 1924 Interest and Sinking Fund" the sum of
$0.086727.
For the purpose of paying the principal and interest of
"Arcadia Water Bonds, 1914 Interest and Sink ing Fund" the SWll of
$0.043163.
For the purpose of paying the principal and interest of
"Arcadia Water Bonds, 1919 Interest and Sinking Fund" the sUm of
$0.052776.

For the purpose of paying the principal and interest of
"Arcadia Water Bonds, 1927 Interest and Sinking Fund" the sum of
$0.084212.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Resolution.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was adopted
at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Arcadia, held
on the 5th day of September, 1944, b Y the affirmative vote of at
least three Councilmen, to-~it:
