FOLLO,'IS:
SECTION 1. That the Planning Comnission of the City of
Arcadia has recommended to the City Council of the City of Arcadia
that the setback l~ne be changed upon the portion of Or~e Grove Ave-
nue hereinafter de8cribed in this Resolution.
SECTION 2. That the public interest and convenience require
and it is the inte~tion of the Oity Council of the City of Arcadia to
chanGe the setback line upon s~id portion of OranGe Grove Avenue in the
City of Arcadia, as folloITs:
A setback line distant forty (40) feet northerly from and
parallel to the northerly boundary line of Orange Grove Avenue along
and in front of Lots 1 and 2, Tract No. 7122, as per ~ap recorded in
Book 117, Page 83 of ilaps, records cf Lo~ ~geles 90unty.
SECTI(:ln,~;S. Notice is hereby given '\;hat on the 2/.o-? day of
II _2- , 1943, at 8:00 o'clock, P.~. of said day, in t~e Council Chamber

of said City 60uncil in the City CCllwt/of said City of Arcadia, any Ilnd
all persons having ~y objections to said proposed setback line may
appear before said City Council and show cause why said propooed set-
back line should not be established in accordance 0ith this Resolution.
SECTION 4. The Superintendent of Streets shall post or cause
to be posted along the portion of said street along ~hich it is proposed
to fix and establish said setback line, at not ~ore than three hundrod
(300') feet in dista:"1ce ,apart, but not less than (3) three in all, notices
.of the passaee of this Resolution of Intention.
Section'S.. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this ReSOlution, and shall cause the same to be publiShed once in
the Arcadia Tribune ~nd Arcadia Necrs, a newspaper of general circula-
tion, pUblished and circulated in the City of Arcadia, and
