FOLLOrrS: SECTION 1. ~HEREAS, by order of the Board of Supervisors of tho County of Los Angeles, adopted i.iarch 7, 1944,' H. L. Byram, as Tax Collector of the County of Los Ar.ge1es ~as authorized to conduct a sale of tax delin- quent real property in the City of Arcadia. desc~ioed as follows: Parcell. 2.65 acres being that part of the east 768 feet of Lot 67 of Santa Anita Colony Tract as per map re- , corded in Book 42, Page 87. ::isce11aneous records TIit~in Zone 17 of Los Angeles County, Acquisition and Imprpvement District No. 44. 5.51 acres being that part of the east 768 feet of Lot 67 of Santa Anita Colony Tract as per map re- corded in Book 42, Page 87, :Jisce11aneous recorda within Zone 27 of Los Angeles County, Acquisition and Improvement District No. 44. and VlHEREAS, minimum bids on said parcels have been fixed by said Board of Supervisors in the sum of ~412.23 for parcell and \;;295.64 for Parcel 2. parcel 2. and :~~REAS, delinquent taxes on said parcels of real property are due to the City of Arcadia for the year of 1930-31 and all subsequent years theret( NOIT. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the tax co11edtor of Los Angeles County be re~uested to increase the amount of the minimum bids on said property by the sum of C194.o4 on parcell and by the sum of f139.16 on parcel 2. which said increases requested are the sum equal to t~e Arcadia City taxes for seven years. computed at the present assessod valuation and the current tax rate on said property. SBCTIOH 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution.
