A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARCADIA APPROVING TIm REPORT OF THE CITY ENGINEER OF SAID CITY IN THE ~ATTER OF THE PROPOSED IMPROVEMENT OF TENTH AVENUE AND CAhUNO REAL IN SAID CITY AND PROVIDING FOR THE ISSUANCE AND MATURITY OF AND RATE OF INTEREST UPON BONDS TO BE ISSUED TO REPRESENT UNPAID ASSESS]~NTS FOR SAID PROPOSED IMPROVEMENT. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARCADIA DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That the report prepared by the City Engineer pursuant to the provisions of Section ,3 of the special Assessment Investigation, Limitation and Majority Protest Act of 1931, as amended, in the matter of the proposed improvement of TENTH AVENUE and CM~INO REAL in the City of Aroadia, be and the same is hereby approved. SECTION 2. That serial bonds bearing interest at the rate of six per cent per annum and extending over a period ending nine years from the second day of January next succeeding the next October fifteenth following their date, will be issued in the manner provided by the Improvement Act of 1911, approved April 7, 1911, as amended, to represent each assessment of Twenty-Five ($25.00) Dollars or more reamining unpaid for thirty days after the date of the warrant attached to the asseasment to be hereafter levied under these proceedings. SECTION 3. That the'above mentioned report be filed with the Clerk of this City Council. That Tuesday, the 1st day of July, 1941, at the hour of eight olclock, P.M., and the Council Chamber in the City Hall in the City of Arcadia, are hereby fixed as the time and place of hearing by this City Council on said report. The Clerk of this City Council is hereby directed to give notice of said hearing in the manner and form required by Section 6 of said Special Assessment Investigation, Limitation and Majority Protest Act of 1931, as amended. SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution.
