"STOP SIGNS" ON .!\. CERTAIN STREET IllT::RSECTnG ..lITH SAID'THROUGH HIGH;lAY. THE CITY COUllCIL OF THE CITY OF ARCADIA DOISS n;';;SOLVE AS' FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That the followinG described portion of Huntington Boulevard in the City of Arcadia is hereby desiGnated asa through highway in accordance vii ththe' provisions of Section 23 of, Ordinance No. 200 of the City 6f Arcadia, to-wit: (a) Huntington Boulev.ard at its intersection with Holly Avenue. SECTION 2. The Chief of Police of said City is authorized and ~he is hereby directed to cause to be placed and maintained "stop Signs"- at the follo\'li~ locat.ions, to-wit: 0" -tf".,t.; (a) Upon the easterly side of Holly Avenue, at or near the 1l.,.,J \,,\ f' ^' ,'\ northerly property line of Huntington Boulsvard, &\\ (b) Upon. the ~esterlyside of Holly Avenue, at or near the southerly property line of Huntin:;ton Boulevard. .SECTION 3.
