I I I I 1 2 3 4 5 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY OF ARCADIA RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 156 OF SAID CITY OF ARCADIA. THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY OF ARCADIA DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: " SECTION 1: That Resolution No. 156 entitled: "A Resolu- . ' tion of the Board of Trustees of the City of Arcadia determining and declaring that the City of Arcadia join with the County of Los Angeles and the City of Monrovia in the acquisition, construction and maintenance of a bridge across Big Santa Anita Wash and along 6 7 8 9 - and across Huntington Drive situate within the City of Arcadiaand -.;I:'; 10 . ]:he City of Monrovia and also determining and declaring the propor- . tion of the cost of the acquisition, construction and maintenance 11 .. 12 , - . z . ii :. 13 . The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this Res- olution. The foregoing Resolution was adopted at a regular meet- ing of the Board of Trustees of the City of Arcadia, held on the 1st. day of October, 1924, by the affirmative vote of at least three Trustees, to-wit: AYES: Trustees NOES: None, ABSENT: Trustee Granville, and signed and approved this 1st. day of October, 1924. , I !
