McIntyre and Mlchele Florltto as owners of certain real property in said Clty for a gone variance affectlng the following doscrlbed proparty: PARCEL 1. NOW, THEREFORE, the City Councl1 of the Clty of Arcadle does hereby find, determine and resolve as follows: SECTION 1. That the findings of the Cl ty Planning Com- mlssioD as set forth in their sold Resolution No.7? be and the same are hereby accepted and approved ~nd mode the flndinga of this City Councl1 the same as If herein again set forth in full, and that tbe recommendatlons of tbe Clty Plannlng Commisalon as set forth in their said Resolution No.77 are hereby accepted and approved, and that tbe aforesald petltlon for varlance be and tbe same is hereby granted upon the terms and subject to the conditions and restrlctloDs set forth in Resolutlon No.77 of the Planning Commission of the City of Arcadia. SECTION 2. Tho. t /:1. vo.riance Is bereby granted to perml t the property herelnabove descrlbed to be used for the constructlon and ~intenance t~ereon of apartment houses, upon the condltlon that no apartment house thereon constructed shall exceed one story In helght (as the term 'story' is defined In said Ordinance No. 760), and in no event to exceed a mBxlmum height of elghteen feot above final grede, and upon tbe further condltlon that the front, side and rear yards shall not be less than raqulred by Section 6 of aaid Ordinance No.76o of the Clty of Arcadla. SECTION 3. Tbe City Clerk shall certlfy to tne adoptlon of thls Resolution.
