A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ARCADIA) CALIFORNIA, ADOPTING PROFILE AIm
Ij,IPROVEiIENT PLAN AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE
nIPROVEi,jEllT OF A PORTION OF THE FIRST ALLEY SOUTH
OF LA PORTE STREET AND OTHER ALLEYS IN SAID CITY.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARCADIA DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLO:'lS:
SECTION 1. That that certain profile and improvement plan)
Job No. 200 on file in the office of the City Engineer of said City
of Arcadia, for the improvement of the first alley south of La Porte
Street from first Avenue to Second Avenue, a portiop of the first alley
north of Colorado Boulevard from First Avenue to Lorena Avenue, a
portion of the alley east of Santa Anita Avenue from Forest Avenue to
Floral Avenue, a portion of the first alley north of Forest Avenue from
North View Avenue to Second Avenue, a portion of the alley south of
Diamond Street from Santa Anita Avenue to First Avenue, a portion of
the alley so'uth of El Dorado Street from Santa Anita Avenue to First
Avenue, a portion of the alley south of Fano Street from Santa Anita
Avenue to Second Avenue, a portion of the alley south of Fano Street
from First Avenue to Second Avenue, all in the City of Arcadia, be and
the same hereby are adopted and approved for such vTork and improvement.
That that certain speciHcation ]r epared by the City Engineer
for said City of Arcadia and on file in the office of the City Clerk
thereof entitled "Specifications for the Improvement of a Portion of
the First Alley South of La Porte Street and Other Alleys in the City
of Arcadia,1f be and the same hereby is approved and adopted for such
work and improvement.
SECTION 2. It is hereby ordered that the above mentioned
plans and specifications shall be filed in the office of the City
Engineer of said City, and both such plans and specifications shall
be open to public inspection.

SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution
adjourned
at ~regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
';/as adopted
Arcadia, held
on the 30th day of July, 1952, by the affirmative vote of at least
three Councilmen, to-wit:
AYES: Councilmen Hulse, Kennett and Nottlngbam
NOES: None
ABSENT: Councllmen DOll and Schmocker
