RESOLUTION NO.22l9
A RESOLUTI ON OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ARCADIA, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING MUTUAL CANCELLATION
OF LEASE.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARCADIA DOES HEREBY RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Good cause appearing therefor the Mayor and
City Clerk be and they are hereby authorized and instructed to
execute for and on behalf of the City of Arcadia, that certain
Agreement entitled: "Mutual Cancellation of Lease" prepared and
approved as to form by tile City Attorney and submitted herewith.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Resolution.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was adopted
at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Arcadia
held on the 4th day of March, 1952, by the affirmative vote ,of at
least three Councilmen, to-wit:
AYEs: Councilmen Klomp, Nottingham, Schmocker and Sullivan
