RESOLUTION NO. 20~~
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ARCADIA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AND GRANTING
A ZONE VARIANCE TO PERMIT THE CONSTRUCTION,
MAINTENANCE AND OPERATION OF AN AUTOMOBILE HAND
LAUNDRY ON CERTAIN PROPERTY IN SAID CITY.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF' ARCADIA, CALIFORNIA,
DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 760
of the City of Arcadia, adopted May 3, 1949, the Planning Commission
of said City has oonsidered the verified ~plioation of the owner of
certain real property in said City for a zone varianoe on
Lot 1 of Tract No. 5205 in the City of Arcadia,
County of Los Angeles, State of California, as
recorded in Book 54, Page 61 of Maps, in the office
of the County Recorder. of said County, and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission after oonsideration of
such application and aoting in. an advisory oapacity to the Council
has made its findings and recommendations thereon under its. certain
Resolution ,No. 29, entitled "A Resolution of the City Planning

Commission of the Ci.ty of Arcadia,. California, reoommending the
granting of a variance affecting oertain real. property located at
222 East Huntington. Drive in said Ci ty"" a. true copy ot which 1s
attaohed hereto and made apart hereof .by referenoe the same as if
hereinagain fully set forth.
NOW, THEREFORE, the. Ci ty Council of the Ci ty of Arcadia,
California, does hereby resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. That the findings and reoommendations of the
Planning Commission as set forth in their said .Reso1ution No. 29 be
and the same are hereby adopted and approved, and that the aforesaid
peti t10n for a variance be and the same is hereby granted upon the
terms and subject to all the conditions and restrictions as set forth
in said Resolution No. 29.

SECTION 2. ' The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Resolution.
I HEREBY CERTIFY 'that the foregoing Resolution was adopted
at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Arcadia held
on the 18th day of July, 1950, by the affirmative vote of at least
three Councilmen, to wit:
