A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARCADIA, DESIGNATING A CERTAIN INTERSEC- TION OF PUBLIC STREETS IN SAID CITY AS A "STOP" INTERSECTION AND DIRECTING THE PLACING AND MAINTAINING OF "STOP" SIGNS AT CERTAIN ENTRANCES THERETO. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARCADIA, CALIFORNIA, DOES HEREBY DETERMINE, RESOLVE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That the following described intersection of certain public streets in the City of Arcadia, under the exclu- sive jurisdiction of the City Council of the City of Arcadia, is hereby designated as a "stop" intersection, in accordance with the provisions of Section 37 of Ordinance No. 728, of the City of Arcadia, to wit: Second Avenue, at its intersection with Camino Real Avenue. SECTION 2. The City Engineer of said City is authorized and he is hereby directed to cause to be placed and maintained "stop" signs at the following locations, to wit: (a) Upon the southerly side of Camino Real Avenue, at or near the easterly properly line of Second Avenue; (b) Upon the northerly side of Camino Real Avenue, at or near the westerly property line of Second Avenue. SECTION 3. Each of the signs so directed to be placed and maintained shall conform with and shall be placed as provided in Section 471 of the Vehicle Code of the State of California. SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution. L.
