RESOLUTION NO. 261.
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY OF
AROADIA ABANDONI:'IG ALL PROOEEDHGS HERETOFORE HAD FOR THE IMPROVE_
tlENT OF A PORTION OF Htn~TI~GTON DRIVE IN SAID CITY OF ARCADIA.
THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY OF ARCADIA DO RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That Resolution of Intention No. 256 of said
City of Aroadia, entitled: nA R3s01ution of the Board of Trustees
of the City of Arcadia declaring its intention to improve a portio
of Huntington Drive in said City of Arcadia and determining that
serial bonds shall be issued to represent the costs thereof and
fixing a time and place for hearing objections to said ~ork or im_
provementn, together uith all other proceedings of said Board of
Trustees heretofore had and adopted for the improvement of that
portion of Huntington Drive described in said Resolution of Inten_
tion No. 256, be and the same are hereby rescinded and abandoned.
The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
Resolution.
The foregoing Resolution vas adopted at a regular meet_
ing of the Board of Trustees of the City of Arcadia, held on the
6th. day of January, 1926, by the affirmative vote of at least
three Trustees, to_uit:
AYES: Trustees
Grw~n, Granville, Hauk and ::heeler,
l10ES: None.
ABSEZT: Trustee ~ulter,
and signed and approved this 6th. day of January, 1926.
