RESOLUTION NO. 1922
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COmqCIL OF THE CITY OF
ARCADIA DESIGNATING PORTIONS OF CERTAIN INTER-
SECTIONS OF PUBLIC STREETS IN SAID CITY AS STOP
INTERSECTIONS AND DIRECTING TF~ PLACING AND
r!IAINTAINING OF "STOP SIGNS" AT CERTAIN ENTRANCES
THERETO.
THE CITY COmiCIL OF THE CITY OF ARCADIA, CALIFORNIA,
DOES HEREBY DETERMINE, RESOLVE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION L. That the following described intersections
of certain public streets in the City of Arcadia under the exclusive
jurisdiction of the City Council of the City of Arcadia are hereby
designated as stop' intersections in accordance with the provisions
of Section 37 of Ordinance No. 728 of the City of Arcadia, to wit:
(a) Camino Real at its intersection with Sixth Avenue.
SECTION 2. The City Engineer of said City is authorized
and he is hereby directed to cause to be placed and maintained
IIStop Signsll at the following locations, to wit:
(a) Upon the northerly side of Camino Real at or near
the Easterly property line of Sixth Avenue;
(b) Upon the Southerly side of Camino Real at or near
the Westerly property line of Sixth Avenue.
SECTION 3. Each of the signs so directed to be placed
and maintained shall conform with and shall be placed as provided
in Section 471 of the Vehicle Code of the State of California.
SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Resolution.

CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was adopted
of the City Council of the City of Arcadia, held
on the 3rd day of October, 1949, by the affirmative vote of at least
three Councilmen, to wit:
