"RESOLVED by the CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF ARCADIA, that pursuant and subject to all the terms, conditions and provisions of the Public Health Act of the State of California, approved March 23, 1907, and all amendments thereto. application by this CITY be made to the State Board of Public Health of the State of California, for a permit to construct and operate a new sanitary sewerage system including trunk mains, lateral sewers. house connection sewers complete with all appurtenances. The system will serve the entire City of Arcadia. The system is connected to the trunk mains of the Los Angeles County Sanitation District No. 15, of which Arcadia is a member city, that the Mayor of said City Council be and he is hereby authorized and directed to cause the necessary data to be prepared, and investigations to be made. and in the name of said City to sign and file such application with the said State Board of Public Health."
