J\ RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ARCADIA, CALIFORNIA,
ACCEPTING GRANT DEED.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE 'CITY OF ARCADIA; CALIFORNIA, DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE AS F04LOWS:

SECTION 1. That the city Councii of the' City of Arcadia
does hereby accept that certain grant deed dated.June 4, 1958, from,
the Los Angeles Turf Club, Inc. covering the fonowing de.scribed
real property in the City of Arcadia, County pf Los Angeles, State
of California, to wit:
That portion of Lot 5, Tract No. 949, as shown on
map re::orded in Book 17, page 13, of Maps, in the
office of the Recorder of Los Angeles County, de-
scribed as follows:
Beginning at the southwest corner of said Lot 5;
thence North 3054'55" East along the west line of
said lot 305.75 feet; thence North 860051 East
40.38 .feet :to the true point of beginning, said
point being in the east line of Baldwin Avenue,
80 ,feet wide'; thence North 86.05' East 150 feet;
thence North 3054155" East 104 feetj' thence South
86005' West 150 feet,to a point in the east line
of Baldwin Avenue; thence South 3054155" West 104
feet along the east line of said Baldwin Avenue.
to the true point of beginning,
for the purposes and under the conditions therein recited.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Resolution and shall cause a copy hereof to be recorded,
together with the grant deed herein described, in the office of the
County Recorder of Los Angeles County.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was adopted
at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Arcadia held
on the 17th day of June , 1958, by the affirmative vote of at
least three Councilmen, to wit:
