That that certain profile and improvement plan, No. 229, on file in the office of the City Engineer of said Citjr of Arcadia, for the improve- Ment of First Alley south of Foothill Boulevard between iligt.rar.! That that certain specification prepared by the City Engineer for said Cit;\' of Arcadia and on file in the office of the City Clerk thereof, entitled "Job No. 229 _ Improvement of the First Alley south of Foothill Boulevard and other Alleys and Streets" be md the sa.'1Ie he reby is approved and adopted for such work and improvement. SECTION 2. It hereby is oI'iered that the above mentioned plans and spacifieations shall be filed in the office of the City Engineer of said city, and both such plans and specifications shall be open to public inspection.
