IIESOLUTION NO.2514 A RESOWTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARCADIA, CALIFORNIA, OVERRULING ALL PROTESTS TO THE IMPRO~ENT OF OPENING AND EXTENDING UlJISE AVENUE AND OPENING AND EXTENDING LE ROY AVENUE IN ACCORDAH::E WITH ORDINANCE OF INTENTION NO. 892. . WHEREAS, the City Council of the City ot Arcadia on the 18th dIq of May, 19$4, adopted and approved its Ordinance of Intention, being Ordinance No. 892 of said City, to order the improvement described therein, to be done, which said Ordinance of Intention duJ;)r and legally was published as required by law, and notice of said improwment having been given in the manner required by law, and all protests filed by the owners of property to be assessed for said 1mprovement prior to the time set in BlIid Ordinance of Intention for f111ng protestll, and having been heard by said City Council: NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Arcadia does resolve as follows: . SEX:TION 1. That the public interest and convenience require the improvement described in Ordinance of Intention No. 892 to be made in the manner described therein. SEX:TION 2. The City Council of said City of Arcadia hereby overrules and denies all protests and objections a~inst said proposed improvement and against the proposed assesSlJlent district. SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this resolution. Adopted and approved this 15th dIq of June, . ATTEST: ~~ . .
