RESOLUTION NO. 3933
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ARCADIA, CALIFORNIA,
ADOPTING AND SUBMITTING A BUDGET FOR
EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS ALLOCATED FROM
THE STATE HIGHWAY FUND TO CITIES.
WHEREAS, a master agreement has been executed by the City
of Arcadia and the State of California on March 7, 1961, for ex-
penditure of funds allocated from the State Highway Fund to cities;
and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has prepared a project statement
showing estimated expenditures of such funds recommended to be made
during the 1967-1968 fiscal year; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has heard read said project state-
ment and is familiar with the contents thereof;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARCADIA,
CALIFORNIA, DOES HEREBY DETERMINE AND RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That said project statement be and the same is
hereby adopted as the budget of proposed expenditures of the gas tax
allocation to cities; that said project statement be and the same is
hereby approved; and that the Director of Public Works is hereby
directed to sign the same on behalf of said City of Arcadia, and
that said project statement be submitted to the Department of Public
Works, State of California, in accordance with the provisions of
Section 197 of the Streets and Highways Code.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was adopted
at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Arcadia held

of at least three Councilmen, to wit:
