RESOLUTION NO. 3699
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF ARCADIA, CALIFORNIA,
CERTIFYING THE REPORT OF THE
DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS SHOWING
THE EXPENDITURES OF FUNDS DURING
THE 1963-64 FISCAL YEAR PURSUANT TO
SECTIONS 186.1 THROUGH 186.7 OF THE
STREETS AND HIGHWAYS CODE IN
CONFORMANCE WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF
THE COLLIER-UNRUH LOCAL TRANSPORTATION
DEVELOPMENT ACT.
WHEREAS, the Col11er~Unruh Local Transportation Development
Act provides that "Within 60 days following the close of each fiscal
year each county, city, or city and county shall file with the De-
partment a report in a form prescribed by the Department and certified
by the local governing body showing its expenditures of funds during
the preceding fiscal year pursuant to Sections 186.1 through 186.7.";
. and,
WHEREAS, the attached report, compiled in the form prescribed
by the Department from records maintained by the City of Arcadia and
showing expenditures during the 1963-64 fiscal year pursuant to Sec-
tions 186.1 through 186.7 of the Streets and Highways Code, has been
examined by this City Council and is determined to be factual;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARCADIA,
CALIFORNIA, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of Arcadia
hereby certifies the attached report to be a true record of expendi-
tures by the City of Arcadia during the 1963-64 fiscal year in confor-
mance with the requirements of the Collier-Unruh Local Transportation
Development Act.
SECTION 2. That the Director of Public Works is hereby
instructed to transmit six copies of the report and three certified

copies of this resolution to the State of California, Department of
Public Works, Division of Highways, in care of the Engineer in charge
of its local District office.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this resolution.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was adopted
at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Arcadia held
on the 18th day of
August

of at least three Councilmen, to wit:
