RESOLUTION NO. 3371
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ARCADIA, CALIFORNIA,
DESIGNATING A CERTAIN INTERSECTION
OF PUBLIC STREETS AS A STOP INTERSECTION
AND DIRECTING THE PLACING AND MAINTAINING
OF STOP SIGNS THEREAT.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE'CITY OF ARCADIA, CALIFORNIA,
DOES DETERMINE AND RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. That upon the findings and recommendations
of the City Traffic Engineer the following intersection of public
streets is hereby designated as a stop intersection by the City
of Arcaoia in accordance with the provisions of Article VII of the
Uniform Traffic Ordinance of the City of Arcadia, to wit: The
intersection of Old Ranch Road with Hugo Reid Drive for all north-
bound and southbound traffic on Old Ranch Road.
SECTION 2. The City Traffic Engineer of said City is
hereby Oirected to cause to be placed and maintained stop signs
at said intersection on the easterly side of Old Ranch Road at or
near the southerly side of Hugo Reid Drive and on the westerly side
of Old Ranch Road at or near the northerly side of Hugo Reid Drive.
SECTION 3. Each of the Signs so directed, placed and
maintained shall conform with and shall be placed as provided in
Section 21355 of the Vehicle Code of the State of California.
SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was adopted
at a regular meeting of the Arcadia City Council held on the 4th day
, of April, 1961, by the affirmative vote of at least three Council-
men, to wit:
