RESOLUTION NO. 3294
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ARCADIA, CALIFORNIA,
DESIGNATING CERTAIN PORTIONS OF
FOOTHILL BOULEVARD AT SECOND AVENUE
AS "NO PARKING ZONES."
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARCADIA, CALIFORNIA, DOES
DETERMINE AND RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That pursuant to Section ~l of Ordinance No.
728 of the City of Arcadia, no person shall at any time stop, park
or leave standing any vehicle at, in or along the south side of
Foothill Boulevard in said City from its intersection with Second
Avenue to a point thirty (30) feet west from the west line of
Second Avenue. That no person shall at any time stop, park or
leave standing any vehicle at, in or along the south side of Foot-
hill Boulevard in said City from its intersection with Second Avenue
to a point twenty (20) feet east from the east line of Second Avenue.
SECTION 2. The City Engineer of said City is hereby
authorized and directed to cause aforesaid no parking zones to be
so marked or designated as specified in the California Vehicle Code.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution and shall forward a certified copy hereo{ to
L. R. Gillis, District Engineer, Division of Highways, Box 2304
Terminal Annex, Los Angeles 54, California. This resolution shall
become effective upon approval hereof by the Department of Public

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolut~on was adopted
at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Arcadia,
held on the 6th
day of September , 1960, by the affirmative
vote of at least three Councilmen, to ~it:
