RESOLUTION NO. 4085
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ARCADIA CONFIRMING THE
SUPERINTENDENT I S REPORT OF THE COST
OF THE ABATEMENT OF WEEDS, RUBBISH,
REFUSE AND DIRT UPON STREETS AND
PRIVATE PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF
ARCADIA.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARCADIA DOES DETERMINE
AND RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That pursuant to Sections 39560 to 39588,
inclusive, of the California Government Code, the City Council
pursuant to Resolutions No. 3980-A, No. 4029 and No. 4066
authorized the abatement of weeds, rubbish, refuse and dirt upon
specified streets and private property. That pursuant to said
authorization, the Superintendent designated in said resolutions
has caused the removal of weeds, rubbish, refuse and dirt and has
subIllitted to this Council a report of the cost of abatement in front
of and on each separate parcel of land where work has been done.
That said report has been duly submitted to this Council for consid-
eration and confirmation. A copy of said report is attached hereto
and made a part hereof. That said report is hereby confirmed and
the cost of abatement in front of and upon each parcel of land
shall be a special assessment against that parcel and shall be a
lien on the parcel.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to deliver
a copy of this Resolution, duly certified, to the Auditor of Los
Angeles County on or before August 10, 1969, for entry on the tax
roll.

SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Resolution.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was
adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Arcadia, held on the 5th
