NOW, THEREFORS, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Arcadia, thut it is hereby further determined and

ordered as follows:

It is found that the owners of more th,;n one-half (~)

of the area of the property included within the entire assessment

district, AS described in the Resolution of Intentton horetofore

adopted in this matter on the 16th day of May, 1928, and in the
specifioations therefor referred to in said Resolution, have not
made written objeotiongoing to the entirety of the thing or
things therein proposed to be done;

That all of th~.protosts and objections, both written
and oral, against the doing of the thing or things proposed to be
done in said Resolution of Intention are hereby over-ruled and
denied;
3. ' 'rhat the extent and boundaries of th'=l assesgment dist1.'1c
for s;1id Acquisition and Improvement District No.1 of the City
of Arcadia, as proposed in said Resolution of Intention, are here-
by adopted and established as the extent and boundaries of said
assessment district, "nd ~ that the s;Jitl district includes
the pr'opert;j' which will be benefited by the doing of the thing or
things proposed to be done;

That the zones into which ,said assessment district is
to be divided, as proposed in said Resolution of Intention, and 'as
shown on the specifications therein ref'err~d to ~lea!'ly reflect
the benefitn to be derived, and that the zones set forth 'in said
Resolution are hereby adopted and established, and it is hereby
found that each zone 1s compcsed of the lands within Bnid district
,hich will be benefited in liko measure;

That the percentages to be raised from each of said
zones are heneby detel'mined a.nd adopted as the same are set forth
in said Resolution of Intention, and said City Council hereby
