FOLLOWS: That that certain Easement, dated May 24, 1928, executed by,Anita-M~Baldwl~,granting to the City of ,Arcadia, a municipal corporation, a perpetual Easement over, along and across a certain strip of land situate in the City of Arcadia, County of Los Ange- les, State of California and more particularly described in said Easement, be and the same is hereby accepted by said City of Arcadia. Together with the right to install all necessary gate valves and other appurtenances; to enter upon and to pass and repass over and along said strip of land and to ~eposit tools, implements and materials there,on by said City, its officers, agents and employees and by persons under contract with said City and their employees, whenever and wherever necessary for the purpose hereinabove or hereinafter specifically set forth.
