PARCEL 2
Lots 898 and 903 inclusive and Lots 1140 to 1145 inclusive, of
the Chicago Park Tract, in the City of Arcadia, in the County
of Los Angeles, State of California, as per map recorded in Book
30 Page 100 of Miscellaneous Records, in the Office of the County
Recorder of said County.
Except the southwesterly 5 feet of said lots 1140 to 1145 inclusive,
as conveyed to the City of Arcadia by deed recorded on August 28,
1973 as Document No. 4247. A portion of said land being portions
of Parcel 5 as shown on record of survey filed in Book 82 page 10
and in Book 84 Page 33 of record of surveys in said office of the
County Recorder and a portion of the lands designated "Not apart
of this survey" on said record of Survey lying northwesterly of
said Parcel 5.
Together with the southwest one-half of Dearborn Street, now vacated,
lying between the northeast prolongation of the northwest line of
said Lot 898 and the southeast line of said lot 903.
