standards In the City Zoning Ordinance, pursuant to Arcadia
Municipal Code Sectlon 9269.6, Covenantor hereby covenants and
agrees as follows:
1. The eXlstlng vehicle parklng on Parcels 8, 9, 10,
and II of the above-described property (91 parking spaces) as set
forth on Exhibit A attached and incorporated herein; shall be
maintalned, kept, and used exclusively for vehlcle parklng for the
benefit of bUlldlngs erected on Parcels 8, 9, 10, and 11 for M-l
uses and shall be kept open and unobstructed for access for
vehlcles parklng on sald parcels, until released In writlng by the
Clty of Arcadia.
2. Thls Covenant and Agreement shall run wlth the, land,
shall be blndlng upon Covenantors, their heirs, successors,
asslgns and encumbances, and shall lnure to the beneflt of, be
enforclble by and may be released only by City.
Thls Covenant and Agreement shall be recorded In the
Offlce of the Recorder of the County of Los Angeles.
