E. O. RODEFFER, hereby grants to the CITY OF ARCADIA, a Municipal Corporation,
a permanent slope eas.e:nent, in, on, upon, over and. across tl;1e fo.11owing described
property in the City of Arcadia, County of Los Angeles, State of California, to
wit:
Those portions of Lots 1 and 2, Tract No. 10369, as shown
on map recorded in Book 149, pages 95 and 96 of Maps in the
office of the Recorder of Los An~es County, lying adjacent
to that 80 foot easement for public street and highway
purposes described in Parcel 578 in the Final Order of
Condemnation in Superior Court Case No. 740724, recorded
as Document No. 2488 in Book D-3802, pages 284 to 290 of
Official Records of said County, described as follows:

Beginning at the intersection of the southwesterly boundary
of the City of Arcadia and the southeasterly line of said
-easement; ,thence southeasterly at right angles to s.i'id
easement 2 feet; thence northeasterly parallel with said
easement 275 feet; thence southeasterly at right angles to
said parallel line 3 feet; thence northeasterly parallel
with said easement 150 feet; thence southeasterly at right

westerly at right angles to last said parallel line 10 feet;
thence northeasterly parallel with said easement 50 feet;
thence northwesterly at right angles to last mentioned

concentric with said easement 200 feet; thence southeasterly
along a line radial to said easement 1 foot; thence north-
easterly parallel or concentric with said easement 150 feet:

125 feet concentric with and parallel with the centerline of
said easement, thence southeasterly 1 foot at right angles

All distances mentioned in Parcels 1 and 2 as parallel or
concentric are as measured along the centerline of said
easement.

by the City of Arcadia by the order or authorization of the City Council of the
City of Arcadia contained in Resolution No. 2963, adopted January 21, 1958, and
recorded in the office of the Recorder of Los Angeles County on January 29, 1958,
as instrument No. 3069 in Book 56448, Page 264, Official Records of Los Angeles
County; and the City of Arcadia consents to the recordation thereof by its duly
