to the City of Arcadia, a municipal corporation, by the deed, grant, conveyance
or instrument dated April 13, 1973 , from or executed
by Tillie Goldring, Paul Garrett, and Henry Hendler , is hereby accepted
by the City of Arcadia by the order or authorization of the City Council of the
City of Arcadia contained in Resolution No. 2963, adopted January 21, 1958, and
recorded 'in the office of the Recorder of Los Angeles County on January 29, 1958,
as instrument No. 3069 in Book 56448, Page 264, Official Records of Los Angeles
County; and the City of Arcadia consents to the recordation thereof by its duly
authorized officers.

hereby REMISE, RELEASE AND FOREVER QUITCLAIM to the CITY OF ARCADIA, a Municipal Corporation,
the following described real property in the City of Arcadia, County of Los Angeles, State
of California:
Those portions of Lots 1421, 1422, 1423, 1654, 1655, 1656, 1657 and 1658 of Chicago Park
Tract as per map recorded in Book 30, Page 100 of Miscellaneous Records in the office of the
Recorder of Los Angeles County, described as follows:
Beginning at the northwesterly corner of Lot 1421; thence southeasterly 75 feet alo~g the
northeasterly line of Lots 1421, 1422 and 1423 to the northeasterly corner of said Lot 1423;
thence southwesterly 133.40 feet along the southeasterly line of Lot 1423 to the northeasterly
corner of Lot 1656; thence easterly 10 feet to a line parallel with and distant 15 feet from'
the southeasterly line of Lot 1657; thence south~sterly along said line 106.40 feet to the
beginning of a tangent curve concave northeasterly having a radius of 22 feet and being tangent
at its southeasterly terminus to a line that is parallel with the southwesterly line of said
lot and distant northeasterly 5 feet therefrom; thence southeasterly along said curve to said
point of tangency; thence southeasterly 18 feet along said parallel line to the southeasterly

tangent curve concave northerly having a radius of 22 feet; thence easterly along said curve
to its point of tangency with the southeasterly line of Lot 1654; thence northeasterly 2i2.80
feet along the southeasterly line of Lots 1654 and 1421 to the beginning of a tangent curve
concave southwesterly having a radius of 22 feet and being tangent at its northwesterly
terminus to a line that is parallel with and distant 5 feet southwesterly from the north-
easterly line of Lot 1421; thence northwesterly along said curve to said point of tangency;
thence North 67" 44' 57" West 3 feet to the northwesterly line of Lot 1421; thence northeasterly
