City of Arcadia contained in Resolution No. 2963, adopted January 21, 1958, and

inclusive.
The northeasterly 5 feet of the following lots in said Tract: Lots 1807, 1808 and
1809, Lots 1812, 1813 and 1814, Lots 1835 to 1853, inclusive. Lot 1829.
EXCEPT those portions of Lots 1807 and 1575 previously dedicated for widening of
Peck Road.
Together with the underlying interest, if any, in and to that portion of the
