This is to certify that the interest in real property conveyed or transferred
to the City of Arcadia, a municipal corporation, by the deed, grant, conveyance
or instrument dated April 13, 1973 , from or executed
by Tillie Goldring, Paul Garrett, and Henry Hendler , is hereby accepted
by the City of Arcadia by the order or authorization of the City Council of the
City of Arcadia contained in Resolution No. 2963, adopted January 21, 1958, and
recorded in the office of the Recorder of Los Angeles County on January 29, 1958,
as instrument No. 3069 in Book 56448, 'Page 264, Official Record~ of Los Angeles
County; and the City of Arcadia consents to the recordation thereof by its duly

FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, TILLIE GOLDRING,
PAUL GARRETT, and HENRY HENDLER, all as Trustees under the will and decree of distribution
in the Estate of MAX GOLDRING, deceased (Probate file No. 498 498 ).
hereby REMISE, RELEASE AND FOREVER QUITCLAIM to the CITY OF ARCADIA, a Municipal Corporation,
the following described real property in the City of Arcadia, County of Los Angeles, State
of California:
Those portions of Lots 1622, 1623, 1389 and 1390 of Chicago Park Tract as per map recorded
in Book 30, Page 100 of Miscellaneous Records in the office of the Recorder of Los Angeles
County, described as follows:
Beginning at the southeasterly corner of Lot 1623; thence northeasterly 5 feet along the
southeasterly line of said Lot 1623; thence northwesterly 23 feet parallel with the south-
westerly line of said lot to the beginning of a tangent curve concave northeasterly having
a radius of 22 feet and being tangent at its northeasterly terminus to a line parallel with
and distant 5 feet southeasterly from the northwesterly line of Lot 1622; thence northerly
along said curve to said point of tangency; thence northeasterly along said parallel line
212.80 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve concave southeasterly having a radius of 22
feet and being tangent at its northeasterly terminus to a line parallel with and distant 5
feet southwesterly from the northeasterly line of Lot 1390; thence northeasterly along said
curve to said point of tangency; thence northeasterly 23 feet along last said parallel line
to the southeasterly line of Lot 1390; thence northeasterly 5 feet along last said lot line
to the northeasterly corner thereof; thence northwesterly 50.00 feet along the northeasterly
line of Lots 1389 and 1390 to the northwesterly corner of Lot 1389; thence southwesterly
--"~66.80 feet along the northwesterly line of Lots 1389 and 1622 to the southwesterly corner
of Lb~22; thence southeasterly 50.00 feet along the southwesterly line of Lots 1622 and
1623 to the poiri{'of beginning.
Together with. the underlying interest, if any, in and to that portion of the adjoining~
street, 50 feet ,wide, as shown on map of said tract.
