Regarding Off-Street Parking Space
The undersigned hereby certifies that it is the owner of that

certain real property located in the City of Arcadia, County of Los
Angeles, State of California (hereinafter "The Arcadia Property"),
legally described as follows:

The East 80 feet of the West 82~ feet measured along the Northerly
line of Lot 23 of Tract 2731, in the City of Arcadia per map recorded
in Book 33, Page 29 of maps in the Office of the County Recorder of
Los Angeles County. Except the South 280 feet there of measured along
the Westerly line.
The undersigned hereby covenant and agree to and with the City
of Arcadia that said real property be used for additional off street
parking for the benefit of the users of that certain building located
at 825 South Baldwin Avenue, Arcadia, California, legally described as
follows:
Parcel 2 of Parcel Map No. 1757 in the City of Arcadia as shown
on map filed in Book 28, Page 10 of Parcel Maps in the Office of the
County Recorder of Los Angeles County.
This Covenant and Agreement shall run with the land as to the
Arcadia property but only for so many spaces as maybe legally required
for the 2,500 sq. ft. Savings and Loan Association Office to be con-

structed thereon and shall continue in effect only so long as said
building to be served is maintained on its lot.
This Covenant and Agreement shall inure to the benefit of, be

enforceable by and may be released only by the City of Arcadia.
