MYERS and ELLEN L. MYERS, hereinafter referred to as "Myers" is the fee owner of that certain real property located in the City of Arcadia, County of Los Angeles, State of California, described as follows: Parcell and Parcel 2 of Parcel Map No. 1757 as per map filed in Book 28, Page 10 of Parcel Maps, in the office of the County Recorder of said county hereinafter referred to as Parcel B, do hereby covenant and agree between themselves and with the City of Arcadia that Parcels A and B shall be developed as one parcel and one parcel shall not be developed separately from the other parcel without the prior written consent of the City of Arcadia.
