A RESOLUTION OF 'I'RE CITY COUNCIL OF TiiE CITY OF ARCADIA ACCEPTING 4RAATT OF EASEPdENT COVERING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY TO THE CITY OF ARCADIA, 11^HE GTTY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARCADIA DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLO'NS: SECTION 1. That the City of Arcadia accept from Rose w. Kee, a widow, Grant Deed datod December 21, 1946, conveying to the City of Arcadia an easemont for the purpose of, and with the full right and authority of, laying, excavating, operating, repairing and maintain- ing a pipe line for sanitary sewage disposal purposes, together with manholes and appurtdnanc8s, over that certain parcel of land situate in the City of Arcadia, County of Los Angeles, State of California, and more° particularly described in said Grant Deed. SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution.
