to Government Code Section 66499.35 of the Subdivision Map Act and local ordinances enacted
pursuant thereto, hereby certified:
I. That the real properties or the division thereof described herein complies with the applicable
provisions of the Subdivision Map Act and local ordinances enacted pursuant thereto; and
2. That any conditions imposed in granting this Certificate of Compliance have been fulfilled
and implemented by the applicant or any grantee, and that no conditions remain to be fulfilled
and implemented; and
3. That the issuance and recordation of this Certificate of Compliance has been duly authorized
and approved by the Development Services Department of the City of Arcadia.
NOTICE: This Certificate relates only to issues of compliance or noncompliance with the
Subdivision Map Act and local ordinances enacted pursuant thereto. The parcels described
herein may be sold, leased, or financed without further compliance with the Subdivision Map
