Legal description of land to be dedicated for street purposes
to the City of Arcadia, California
in connection with 505 Los Altos Avenue, Arcadia, California
That portion of the south 235 feet of the east 130 feet of the north
435 feet, measured from the south line of Palm Drive, of Lot 15 of
E. J. Baldwin's Addition No.1 to Santa Anita Colony, in the City of
Arcadia, County of Los Angeles, State of California, as per map
recorded in Book 52 Page 60 of Miscellaneous Records, in the Office
of the County Recorder of Said County described as follows:
Beginning at the southeast corner of the above described land,
known as Parcell, thence south 89 degrees 03 minutes 20 seconds
west, 130 feet to the southwest corner of said Parcell; thence north
o degrees 56 minutes 20 seconds west, 1.27 feet to the southeast
corner of Lot 6 of Tract No. 27276, as shown on map recorded in
Book 768, Pages 92 and 93 in the Office of Said County Recorder;
thence north 81 degrees 47 minutes 48 seconds east, 89.57 feet to the
beginning of a tangent curve, concave to the south, having a radius
of 325 feet; thence easterly along said curve through a central angle
of 7 degrees 16 minutes 27 seconds, 41.26 feet to a point in the
easterly line of said Parcell, a radial to said last said point bearing
north 0 degrees 55 minutes 45 seconds west; thence south 0 degrees
56 minutes 20 seconds east along said last said easterly line, 15.19
feet to the point of beginning.
