the benefit of the city of Arcadia; and
WHEREAS, the property at 5611 North Peck Road that is the
subject of said Covenant has been purchased by Steven A. Nichols
and Kathleen D. Nichols; and

WHEREAS, the city of Arcadia as the enforcing party with
respect to such covenant is authorized to release the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF ARCADIA DOES HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGE
COMPLIANCE WITH SUBJECT COVENANT (ATTACHED AS EXHIBIT "An) AND
DOES HEREBY EXECUTE THIS DOCUMENT OF RELEASE OF SAID COVENANT.
Subject Covenant is hereby released and is to be of no
further force and effect. This document shall be recorded and
serve notice that the subject Covenant has been complied with
according to the terms and provision of the City of Arcadia.

agrees as follows:
1. The existing vehicle parking on Parcels 8, 9, 10,
and 11 of the above-described property (91 parking spaces) as set
forth on Exhibit A attached and incorporated herein; shall be
maintained, kept, and used exclusively for vehicle parking for the
benefit of buildings erected on Parcels 8, 9, 10, and'll for M-l
uses and shall be kept open and unobstructed for access for
vehicles parking on said parcels, until released in writing by the
City of Ar.cadia.
2. This Covenant and Agreement shall run with the land,
shall be binding upon Covenantors, their heirs, successors,
assigns and encumbances, and shall inure to the benefit of, be
enforcible by and may be released only by City.
This Covenant and Agreement shall be recorded in the
Office of the Recorder of the County of Los Angeles.
