Of the above legally described real property shall be held in common by the undersigned owners. This covenant and agreement is executed for the purpose of: To hold driveway between Parcels 1 and 2 in common for use by owners and tenants of the real property proposed to be served by the driveway as approved by the Planning Commission for waiver of Parcel Map T.P.M. 88-006.
