Beginning at the southwesterly corner of said Lot 27; thence northerly 21.05
feet along the westerly line of said Lot 27; thence easterly 136.15 feet along
a line parallel with the southerly line of said Lot 27 and being northerly
distant 21.00 feet to the beginning of a curve, concave to the northwest and
