PROPERTY FOR STREET AND HIGHWAY PURPOSES
ROBERT W. MATHERS and MILDRED T. MATHERS, joint tenants, hereby irrevocably offer and
agree for themselves, their heirs, successors and assigns, upon demand by the City of
Arcadia and Without further consideration, to grant to the CITY OF ARCADIA an easement

for street and highway purposes, to become a part of and to be known as Rosemarie Drive,
in, on, upon and across the following described real property in the City of Arcadia,
County of Los Angeles, State of California, to wit:
Parcel 1 - Future Street
That portion of Lot 22, Tract No. 12630 as shown on map filed in
Book 238, Pages 42 and 43 of Maps in the office of the Recorder
of Los Angeles County described as follows:
Beginning at the southwest corner of said lot; thence northerly
along the westerly line of said lot 45.01 feet to a point of cusp
with a tangent curve concave to the northeast and having a radius of
15 feet; thence southeasterly along said curve 23.56 feet to its
point of tangency with the northerly line of the southerly 30 feet
of said lot; thence easterly along said northerly line to the
easterly line of said lot; thence southerly 30 feet along said
easterly line to the southerly line of said lot; thence westerly
along said southerly lot line to the point of beginning.
Parcel 2 - Future Planting and Sidewalk Easement
The southerly 35 feet of Lot 22, Tract No. 12630 as shown on map
filed in Book 238, Pages 42 and 43 of Maps in the office of the
Recorder of Los Angeles County.
EXCEPTING therefrom the following described portion of said Lot 22:
