This is to certify that the interest in real property conveyed or transferred
to the City of Arcadia, a municipal corporation, by the deed, grant, conveyance
or instrument dated January 30, 1973 , from or executed
by Richard L. Bowen and Gay1ene J. Bowen , is hereby accepted
by the City of Arcadia by the order or authorization of the City Council of the
City of Arcadia contained in Resolution No. 2963, adopted January 21, 1958, and
recorded in the office of the Recorder of Los Angeles County on January 29, 1958,
as instrument No. 3069 in Book 56448, Page 264, Official Records of Los Angeles
County; and the City of Arcadia consents to the recordation thereof by its duly
authorize officers.

RICHARD L. BOWEN and GAYLENE J. BOWEN, husband and wife, hereby irrevocable offer
and agree for themselyes, their heirs, successors and assigns, upon demand by the
City of Arcadia and with our further consideration, to grant to the CITY OF ARCADIA
an easement.for street and highway purposes, to become a part of and to be known as
Rosemarie Drive, in, on, upon and across the following described real property in
the City of Arcadia, County of Los Angeles, State of California, to wit:
Parcel 1 - Future Street
That portion of Lot 42, Tract No. 12630. as shown on map recorded in
Book 238, Pages 42 and 43 of Maps iI!, the office of the Recorder of
Los Angeles County, described as follows:
Beginning at the southwest corner of said Lot 42; thence easterly along
the southerly line of said lot to the southeast corner thereof; thence
northerly 39.99 feet along the easterly line of said lot to a point of
cusp with a tangent curve concave to the northwest, having a radius of
15 feet; thence southwesterly along said curve 23.56 feet to a point of
tangency with a line parallel with the southerly lot line and distant
25 feet northerly therefrom; thence westerly along said parallel line to
the westerly line of said lot; thence southerly along said westerly line
to the point of beginning.

The within offer is accompanied by tender of a deed to the City of Arcadia granting
