DECLARATION OF COVENANT
ANTHONY PISCITELLI and MARIA PISCITELLI, husband and wife,
hereinafter referred to as "Declarants", hereby declare that they
are the owners as joint tenants of that certain real property in the
County of Los Angeles, State of California, to wit:
Those portions of Lot 1, Tract No. 3430, as shown
on map recorded in Book 42, page 32, of Maps in
the office of the Recorder of said County de-
scribed as follows:

Parcel l. Beginning at the southwesterly corner
of said Lot l;thence North 3043' East along the
westerly line of said lot lOO feet; thence North
86010'10" East 170 feet; thence South 99.35 feet
to the southerly line of said lot; thence South
86010'lO" West thereon 176.50 feet to the point
of beginning, excepting therefrom the Westerly 15
feet and the Southerly 10 feet thereof;
Parcel 2. The southerly 100 feet of the westerly
50 feet of that portion of said Lot 1, Tract No.
3430, described as follows:
Beginning at the southwesterly corner of the land
conveyed to Louis A. Wyatt and wife, by deed re-
corded in Book 4453, page 110, Official Records,
being a point in the routherly line of said Lot 1,
distant westerly thereon 69 feet, more or less,
from the southeasterly corner thereof; thence
northerly along the westerly line of said land so
conveyed to Louis A. Wyatt and wife, 170 feet;
thence westerly parallel with the northerly line
of said lot, 70.61 feet, more or less, to the
easterly line of the land conveyed to Harold Deben-
ham and wife, by deed recorded in Book 3984, page
131, Official Records; thence southerly along said
easterly line of said land so conveyed to Harold
Debenham and wife, 170 feet to a point in the
southerly line of said Lot 1; thence easterly
along the SDutherly line of said lot, 70.6l feet,
more or less, to the point of beginning.
That in consideration of and in fulfillment of the condi-
tions imposed in the granting, by the City of Arcadia, of approval
of the division of said Parcel 2 from the remainder of the parcel

with which it was heretofore held under common

ownership, Declar-
ants covenant and agree, for themselves, their heirs, successors
and assigns, that said Parcel 2 hereinabove described will be used
only for automobile parking and will be held in common ownership
with said Parcell hereinbefore described.
This covenant shall inure to the benefit of and be en-
forceable by the City of Arcadia and may be released only by the
City of Arcadia.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Declarants have executed the
