GRANT OF EASEMENT FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, DECAL CORPORATION, a California Corporation, hereby grants to the CITY OF ARCADIA, a Municipal Corporation, an easement for sidewalk and planting purposes over, under and across the fol- lowing described real property in the City of Arcadia, County of Los Angeles, State of California, to wit: ~ , PARCEL 1. That portion of Lot 22 of the Arcadia Acreage Tract per map recorded in Book 10, page 18, of Maps in the office of the County Recorder of said County, lying within the boundaries of a strip of land 5.00 feet in width, the northerly boundary being parallel with and 5.00 feet northerly (measured at right angles) from the following described southerly boundary line: Beginning at the southwest corner of Lot 6, Tract No. 21741, per map recorded in Book 635, pages 77-78, of Maps, records of said County; thence South 89037'45" West 44.00 feet to a point that is the northwest corner of Lot 12 of said Tract No. 21741, said point also being the beginning of a tangent curve concave to the south and having a radius of 100.00 feet; thence westerly along said curve through a central angle of 14005'00" an arc distance of 24.58 feet; thence tangent to said curve South 75032'30" West 78.96 feet to a point on the west line of the east 100.92 feet of the west 330.92 feet of said Lot 22.
