FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of

organized under the laws of the state of California hereby GRANTS
to the CITY OF ARCADIA to become a part of and to be known as the
First Alley South of Duarte Road between Second Avenue and Fourth
Avenue the following described real property in the City of Arcadia,
county of Los Angeles, state of California:
That portion of Lot 33 of Tract No. 808 per
map recorded in Book 16, Pages 82 and 83, of
Maps in the office of the Recorder of said
county described as follows:
