A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ARCADIA, CALIFORNIA, /
ACCEPTING GRANT DEED FOR STREET AND
HIGHWAY PURPOSES.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARCADIA~ CALIFORNIA, DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of Arcadia
does hereby accept that certain grant deed for street and highway
purposes from Mildred C. Ferris, covering real property in the State
of California, County of Los Angeles, described as follows, to wit:
That portion of La Cadena Avenue (formerly El Molino
Avenue) vacated by Ordinance No. 101 lying easterly
of and adjacent to Lot 9, Tract No. 3430, as per map
recorded in Book 42, page 32, of maps in the office
of the Recorder of Los Angeles County, except the
northerly 60 feet thereof,
to become a part of and to be known as La Cadena Avenue.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption

of this Resolution and shall cause a certified copy to be recorded,
together with the corporation grant deed herein described, in the
office of the County Recorder of Los Angeles County.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was adopted
at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Arcadia held
